Excerpts from our wine glossary:

Harvesting and de-stemming
Mechanical plucking of the berries from their stems. Reduces the permeation of tannins before pressing.
According to the Wine Act, a company which fills wine into bottles or other containers and markets it under its own name. According to the EU wine labelling Act, the bottler is responsible for the contents/product, even if it is not the producer. The bottler’s name and its corporate address must be shown on the label.
Bottling is the process by which the wine is filled into the bottle.
